So I have to suppose it's just a dumb question, but has MPR
REALLY not allowed the Dead?
Even my hometown KMUW is not that out of it.
What on earth was the deal?
Congratulations on your perseverance!!

APM's "Marketplace" played a samizdat Dead cassette once after host David Brancaccio did a story regarding the Dead and their fans. I know because I supplied the tape. I think it was "Truckin'." This might have been before MPR bought Marketplace from USC, though.
